Fraud/Spam Review Policy

All product reviews on our store are collected and managed through Judge.me, a verified reviews platform integrated with Shopify. We only accept reviews submitted by customers who have completed a verified purchase, confirmed via automated order-matching between Shopify and Judge.me. Review requests are sent exclusively to customers after order fulfillment, preventing unsolicited or incentivized submissions from non-customers.

Judge.me's system includes built-in spam and fraud detection, including IP tracking, duplicate-content filtering, and profanity/spam keyword screening, which flags suspicious submissions for manual review before publication. We manually moderate all reviews before they go live, checking for authenticity, relevance, and compliance with our review guidelines. Any review found to be fake, incentivized without disclosure, abusive, or unrelated to the product is rejected or removed. Customers and store admins can also report suspicious reviews, which we investigate and act on promptly.
