Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Currently, delivery is free for all orders over $70. For orders below this amount, delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How long does shipping take? When will my order arrive?
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once shipped via our logistics network, the standard transit time to your home is 6 to 9 working days.
Why doesn't my tracking link update?
No need to worry! Once you've received your tracking number, it's normal for the information to take between 2 and 4 days to update in the carrier's system, while the parcel passes through the first logistics sorting centers.

We accept 100% secure payments via : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna and PayPal.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us intact, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached.
Who pays for the cost of returning items (returns and exchanges)?
The buyer is always responsible for paying 100% of shipping costs for returns and exchanges. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
What if the size doesn't fit?
A perfect fit is essential. Each product page has its own detailed Size Guide. We are not responsible if the buyer did not consult the size chart before ordering. If you believe there is a manufacturing error regarding measurements, our team will ask you for photos of the item with a tape measure placed on it to verify the problem before proceeding with a solution.
